All orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase. We use DHL eCommerce, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the fastest available service. While the typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 8 business days (excluding processing time), you may receive your items much earlier. Rest assured, all orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way. Please note that packages may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays. We kindly ask for your understanding and allow a little extra time during holidays and the busy season.

We offer safe and reliable shipping on all our items sent. Your order is very important to us, please take some time to read the information below. 

We offer FREE Express Tracked Shipping on all orders worldwide. In addition, we offer Priority Handling options. *Due to logistical challenges, Reflekt Sabers is currently unable to fulfill orders for delivery to Russia, Ukraine, and India.

SHIPPING FROM

We have multiple warehouses around the world, including in the US, UK, Poland, and China. Please note, if your order is not in stock, we will begin the assembly process at our main factory, where each order is assembled and built per order specification. 

EASILY TRACK YOUR ORDER

We want to ensure that our customers have a stress-free shopping experience. That's why we make it easy for you to track your order and know exactly when it will arrive. Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive the tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can also track your order on the order page.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please specify a house/office address.

CHANGE OR CANCEL

Once an order is submitted, our team begins processing it within 24 hours. Modifications or cancellations must be requested within this 24-hour window. If you need to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

CUSTOMS

Please note, you may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Furthermore, if your order happens to get held at customs or lost in transit, you will be responsible to communicate with the postal service as once the package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control.
