Received the hilt and blade today from Reflekt Sabers. They also include some extra retainer screws and an allen key with handle for taking the saber apart. Xenopixel board is very good and the newest update allows a good amount of customization. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying from them again.

Obi-Wan Kenobi believed that his former Padawan, Anakin, had met his end during their fateful duel on Mustafar. By claiming Anakin's lightsaber, Obi-Wan sought to pay homage to his legacy and pass on the weapon to his son, Luke. This act held great significance for Obi-Wan, as the lightsaber represented both his deep regrets and his aspirations for Luke to fulfill the destiny that Anakin had failed to achieve.

Despite his reluctance, Obi-Wan Kenobi was forced to accept the loss of his original lightsaber. As he ascended to the rank of Jedi Knight and took Anakin Skywalker as his Padawan, he required a replacement weapon, as per the dying wish of his former master Qui-Gon Jinn.

The reason why Luke Skywalker wields a blue lightsaber instead of a green one is often attributed to his proficiency in a combat technique known as "sorsue" (apologies for any misspelling). However, the actual reason for this difference is that the green lightsaber was not introduced in the original trilogy until after Obi-Wan Kenobi's death.

Obi-Wan Kenobi's second lightsaber, which he inherited from his former master Qui-Gon Jinn and used during the Clone Wars, was lost during his duel with General Grievous on the planet Utapau. It is unknown what happened to the lightsaber after the battle.
