The sabers are fantastic, though initially, the return process for a defective item was not so fast. However, after they compensated me for the return fee, my review improved to 5 stars. I will definitely purchase again. The initial issue was with a non-functioning Darksaber, and despite the return process's complexity, the new saber is flawless. Its brilliance and clear sound make me eager for another purchase, hoping the first issue was an isolated event.
