We offer Express Free Fast Delivery Within 2-5 Days on Selected Products ONLY. We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all items. Free standard shipping is valid on all international orders.

We want to ensure that our customers have a stress-free shopping experience. That's why we make it easy for you to track your order and know exactly when it will arrive. 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please specify a house/office address.

Standard Delivery

Please note, we start the assembly process for new orders within 24 hours, as each saber is built per order specification, orders cannot be cancelled after this time. Sabers are built and assembled usually within 1 week but this may take longer depending on the size and nature of the order.

Typically, UK and US customers can expect a shipping time of 7-15 days (sometimes quicker) while the rest of the world can expect between 10-20 days. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are our of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

*Important: Shipping delays may occur due to the coronavirus outbreak depending on the destination. Please understand that postage or customs delays are out of our control.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Furthermore, if your order happens to get held at customs or lost in transit, you will be responsible to communicate with the postal service as once the package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control.

Due to logistical challenges, our e-commerce company regrets to inform customers that we are currently unable to fulfill orders for delivery to Russia, Ukraine, and India.

EU & UK EXPRESS DELIVERY 2-5 DAYS

Reflekt Sabers offer EU & UK Fast Express Shipping options available for specific items exclusively. The projected delivery timeframe will be prominently displayed on all product pages. If your items qualify for the 2-5 Day Delivery option, the estimated delivery time will be provided on the product page.

Our shipping takes 2-5 days on average, with an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Delivery is much faster, cheaper, for IN-STOCK items only in our EU warehouses, for EU & UK residents only (Subject to Availability). Not all versions may be in stock at all times so please verify at checkout, if it says "Express 2-5 days", you're good to go. If not then it's our standard process.
